Ahmed Alraai is a contemporary Pakistani still life painter from Mirpurkhas, Sindh, born in 1982. He holds a Master’s in Sociology, along with formal diploma training, and has developed a distinctive oil painting practice rooted in observation, realism, and the quiet beauty of everyday objects.

Working primarily in oil on canvas, he transforms ordinary subjects into soulful visual narratives through meticulous detail, tonal sensitivity, shadow, and reflection. His paintings reveal the emotional presence of familiar things, allowing cups, books, windows, keys, and domestic objects to carry memory, stillness, and meaning.

Ahmed has participated in more than 20 group exhibitions across Pakistan.
