Collection: Hafsa Habib

Hafsa Habib is a Lahore-based visual artist, born in 1997. She received a BFA in Painting from the Institute of Art & Design, Government College University Faisalabad, in 2019, and is currently pursuing an MPhil in Visual Arts at the National College of Arts, Lahore.

Her practice explores memory as fragmented, layered, and unstable. Working with old ledgers, account books, handwritten records, painting, and collage, she transforms archival material from her father’s collection into surfaces that hold traces of time, wear, and remembrance.

Hafsa has exhibited at Tagheer Gallery, ArtSoch Contemporary, Kaleido Kontemporary, ArtCiti Gallery, and participated in the Arjumand Painting Award 2023.

For collectors, Hafsa Habib’s work offers material sensitivity, archival depth, and poetic reflection on memory.
