Collection: Hajra Khan

Hajra Nazir is an Islamabad-based visual artist, born in Jeddah. She holds a BFA in Fine Arts from COMSATS University, Islamabad, and is currently furthering her training in Painting at the National College of Arts, Rawalpindi.

Her practice moves across painting, drawing, large-scale installation, and dry-point printmaking, exploring the space between impulse and resolution. Beginning with automatic, unplanned mark-making, Hajra allows instinctive gestures to evolve through observation, refinement, and translation across different mediums.

Through repeated experimentation with scale, material, and line, she transforms raw gestures into deliberate forms, allowing each medium to reveal new possibilities.

For collectors, Hajra Nazir’s work offers intuitive energy, material experimentation, and a thoughtful contemporary exploration of transformation.
