Collection: Imran Gul

I am a Lahore-based visual artist, originally from Badin, Sindh. My practice moves through drawing, printmaking, and works on paper, where detail, observation, and psychological intensity become central to the image.

Through graphite, charcoal, pen, and layered mark-making, I explore the human condition, memory, and the quiet tensions that shape contemporary life. My work often focuses on figures and faces, using realism not only as representation but as a way to reveal emotional depth, vulnerability, and the overlooked presence of ordinary people.

For me, drawing is an intimate and disciplined process. Each surface becomes a space where silence, identity, and lived experience are carefully held, inviting the viewer to look closely and engage with the unseen weight carried within the image.
