Imran Mughal is a Lahore-based Pakistani visual artist and fashion designer, born in 1987. He completed both his BFA and MFA in Textile Art and Design from the College of Art & Design, University of the Punjab, Lahore, graduating with distinction.

His practice brings together folklore, pop art, textile sensibility, cultural memory, and contemporary visual language. Through intricate patterns, layered surfaces, ornamented compositions, and richly symbolic imagery, he creates works that move between nostalgia, imagination, tradition, and personal emotion.
