Collection: Kainat Atta

Kainat Atta is a Lahore-based visual artist, born in 2000. She completed her BFA with distinction from the College of Art & Design, University of the Punjab, in 2022, and an MA in Visual Arts from the National College of Arts, Lahore, in 2024.

Her practice explores homesickness, domestic tension, and the uneasy coexistence of human presence with the natural world. Working primarily with acrylic on canvas, Kainat uses familiar yet disjointed spaces, chiaroscuro, and hot and cool tones to create atmospheric compositions shaped by memory, displacement, and emotional uncertainty.

Her work has been exhibited locally and internationally, and is part of the Ambiance Boutique Art Hotels collection.
