Masood A. Khan is a Pakistani visual artist whose practice combines realism, modernism, transparency, line, and layered visual construction. Over a long and active career, he has exhibited extensively in Pakistan and internationally, with presentations across Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Dubai, London, New Zealand, India, Italy, China, Korea, and the USA.

His work explores truth, spiritual presence, social hypocrisy, and new possibilities within realism. Through transparent surfaces, disciplined layering, and multidimensional compositions, he creates paintings where naturalistic forms remain clear, visible, and emotionally charged.

Masood received Third Prize in a painting competition at the Arts Council Karachi in 1992 and First Prize for Works on Paper at the Biennale di Chianciano, Italy, in 2011. He was selected for the London Art Biennale 2025, appointed Art Ambassador by The Art Pivot, India, received an Honor Award at the 7th Geoje International Art Festival in Korea, and later served as Judge for the 10th Geoje International Art Festival. He has also received finalist and honorable mention recognition from Circle Foundation for the Arts, and his work was collected by the Ministry of Culture of the People’s Republic of China during the Pakistan Artists’ Workshop in China.

His works are held in notable collections including State Bank of Pakistan, Jinnah Terminal Karachi, Standard Chartered Bank, Askari Bank, Anglo Italian Academy of Art, and Winsor & Newton London.
