I am an Islamabad-based abstract artist and educator. I hold a Master’s in Visual Arts from the National College of Arts, Lahore, and have taught art and design in Pakistan and the UK, including at COMSATS University, Islamabad, and Nottingham Trent International College.

My practice explores the relationship between control and freedom, using geometry, repetition, colour, and stencil-based processes as tools of discipline, communication, and self-awareness. Through layered abstract compositions, I bring together mechanical and manual methods of painting, allowing order and spontaneity to coexist.

My work reflects an ongoing search for balance between structure and intuition, where repetition becomes both a visual rhythm and a way of understanding change, memory, and inner movement.
