I am a Lahore-based painter whose practice explores the presence, individuality, and quiet strength of women within everyday life. I completed my Bachelor’s in Painting from the National College of Arts, Lahore, in 2014, and have continued to develop a studio practice rooted in observation, intimacy, and narrative.
My work often turns toward familiar domestic and social spaces, where women appear at ease within their own worlds. Through carefully composed scenes, I reflect on moments of solitude, leisure, self-possession, and emotional independence.
In my paintings, I aim to capture the subtle dignity of ordinary life, allowing each figure to exist with confidence, stillness, and a sense of personal agency.
