Sabahat Nisar is a Lahore-based visual artist whose practice is rooted in realism, emotion, and the tactile experience of painting. She completed her BFA in Visual Arts from Government Postgraduate College for Women, Gulberg, and later pursued her MFA from the College of Art & Design, University of the Punjab.

Her work explores the emotional layers of human existence, often reflecting on what remains hidden beneath the surface. Rather than relying only on brushes, Sabahat uses her fingers to apply oil paint directly onto the canvas, allowing touch, texture, and movement to become central to her process.

Through figurative imagery and layered surfaces, she transforms feeling into form.
