Saleem
Sabina Saleem, born in 2000 is a Lahore-based visual artist. She received an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from the Institute for Art and Culture, Lahore. Growing up between Jeddah and Karachi, a background that informs her sensitivity to movement, transition, and shifting identity.
Sabina Saleem’s practice explores the quiet emotional states that exist between certainty and change. Working in an impressionistic language, she focuses on atmosphere, gesture, light, and color, often using pinks, purples, and the orange train as symbols of tenderness, passage, repetition, and inner transformation.
Sabina Saleem has exhibited at the Institute for Art and Culture, Numaish Gah, and No. 35 Gallery, UK, and assisted ArtSoch during Lahore Biennale 03.
