Collection: Shaharyar Naeem

Shaharyar Naeem is a Rawalpindi-based visual artist and educator, born in 1994. He graduated with distinction in Miniature Painting from the National College of Arts, Rawalpindi, in 2021, where he now teaches.

His practice combines gouache, pointillism, mixed media, and augmented reality to examine the relationship between human behaviour, industrialization, pollution, and the natural world. Through symbols such as gas masks and gears, Shaharyar reflects on accountability, ecological imbalance, and the ways progress reshapes identity and environment.

Balancing realism and surrealism, his intricate compositions create spaces for reflection and environmental awareness, urging a more responsible coexistence with the world that sustains life.

For collectors, Shaharyar Naeem’s work offers technical intricacy, ecological urgency, and a contemporary miniature language expanded through digital experimentation.
