Collection: Sheva Ram

Sheva Ram is a Hyderabad-based visual artist, born in Umerkot in 1999. He earned a BFA with Distinction in Painting from CEAD, now SABS University of Art, Design and Heritages, Jamshoro, in 2023.

His practice explores illusion, control, uncertainty, and perceptual movement through line, colour, masking tape, and layered construction. By building surfaces through repetition and rhythm, Sheva creates compositions that shift between structure and instability, inviting the viewer to experience painting as a space of visual tension and transformation.

He received Second Prize at ArtFest Karachi 2023 and has exhibited at VM Art Gallery, O Art Space, ArtScene Gallery, and other contemporary platforms.
