Collection: Tahir Bin Qulander

I am a Lahore-based visual artist and calligrapher whose practice brings together Islamic calligraphy, contemporary painting, geometry, and bold colour. I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts from the National College of Arts, Lahore, in 2009, followed by a Diploma in Calligraphy in 2010.

Rooted in spiritual tradition and Sufi heritage, my work explores calligraphy as both a sacred form and a contemporary visual language. Through layered compositions, vibrant colour, and rhythmic movement, I seek to create works that carry a sense of devotion, harmony, and inner reflection.

My practice is an attempt to connect the timeless beauty of Islamic calligraphy with the evolving language of contemporary art.
