Waseem Abbas is a Lahore-based visual artist from Parachinar, born in 1999. He graduated from the National College of Arts, Lahore, in 2025 with a major in Painting.

His practice is deeply rooted in the experiences of his hometown and the wider Pashtun community, reflecting on conflict, violence, memory, resilience, and the ways these realities shape society, culture, and personal identity. Through bold colour, dynamic forms, and emotionally charged compositions, Waseem transforms lived histories into paintings that carry both pain and strength.

His work has been shown at Numaish Gah, Alhamra Arts Council, O Art Space, Ocean Art Galleries, Mainframe Gallery, VM Art Gallery, The Reservoir Art Gallery, and other contemporary platforms.
