Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy:
Shipping within Pakistan
- Orders within Pakistan are delivered within 3–5 working days.
- If the artwork is framed, it will be shipped framed.
- All shipments are handled with care to ensure the artwork reaches you in perfect condition.
International Shipping
- International deliveries typically take 7–10 working days, though delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
- To ensure safe transit, artworks are shipped unframed and carefully rolled in a PVC tube (if possible).
- Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been couriered. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
Return & Refund Policy:
Returns within Pakistan
- We have a 7-day return policy for domestic orders, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
International Shipping
- We do not provide a return policy for international (outside of Pakistan) orders due to custom duty charges levied on returned shipments.
Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
