Rida Saeed is a Faisalabad-based visual artist, born in Sialkot. Rida Saeed graduated from the National College of Arts, Rawalpindi, with a Bachelor’s degree in Printmaking in 2025–26.

Rida Saeed’s practice examines everyday routine, domestic familiarity, food, consumption, and the quiet significance of mundane moments. Working with recycled Tetra Pak material, Rida Saeed transforms discarded packaging into printmaking surfaces that carry traces of habit, use, and material memory.

Through texture, layering, and subtle visual narratives, Rida Saeed reframes waste as a reflective space, inviting viewers to reconsider the emotional value embedded within ordinary experiences. Rida Saeed has exhibited at Numaish Gah in Alif Anar and Asli Contemporary 26, and at The Orchard Gallery in Fluxion of Time.
