Faseeh bin Amir
Faseeh bin Amir is a visual artist from Faisalabad, currently living and working in Rawalpindi. A graduate of the National College of Arts, Rawalpindi, where he majored in Sculpture, his practice is rooted in process, experimentation and material inquiry.
Working primarily with mixed media, Amir explores identity as something layered, vulnerable and continually negotiated. His work examines the tension between what we reveal and what remains concealed, considering the emotional difficulty of confronting aspects of ourselves that resist recognition or acceptance.
Through material, form and process, he creates spaces where concealment and exposure coexist. His practice reflects on the complexities of self-perception, inviting viewers to consider what lies beneath the surface and how identity is shaped by both revelation and restraint.
