I am a Lahore-based painter and art educator whose practice is rooted in landscape, memory, and the emotional presence of place. I studied Fine Arts at the University of the Punjab, Lahore, where I completed my BFA, MFA, and later M.Phil, and have continued to work as both an artist and teacher.

My work is deeply connected to landscape, particularly the Ravi River and the changing qualities of light, atmosphere, and distance. While my paintings often begin with the visible world, they move beyond direct representation to explore memory, silence, symbolism, and the inner life of a place.

Through landscape, figurative compositions, and layered painterly surfaces, I seek to create works that hold both beauty and depth, inviting the viewer to experience nature not only as scenery, but as a space of reflection, emotion, and meaning.
